2011 Spring Black Bear Hunt
May 9 - 13, May 16-20, May 23-27 (full), May 30-June 3

$3,000 US 1st Bear
$500.00 US 2nd bear
License: $350.00

2011 Fall Black Bear Hunt
August 25 - Sept. 3 (archery only)
Sept. 5 - Sept. 9 and Sept. 12 - 16

5 days hunting

2011 Moose Rut Hunt
Sept. 26 -Oct. 1 and October 3-8
6 days hunting $4,800.00 US License: $450.00
2011 Archery Only Moose Hunt
August 25 - August 31
6 days hunting $5,000.00 US License: $450.00

• A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required to lock in your dates.
• Final payment is due 90 days prior to hunt date.
• If you book more than one year out from the hunt date only 25 percent required.
• All deposits are non refundable but can be transfered to another new hunter.
• All hunt prices are in US Funds.
• All hunts are subject to a $1,000 wound fee.

Included in the cost of the hunt:
Transportation from your hotel to/from camp
Transportation during the hunt
All meals & accommodations during the hunt
Guiding service
Trophy care

Not Included in the cost of the hunt:
Alcoholic beverages
Gratuities for guides and cooks
Hotel rooms for the day you arrive and the day you leave.
Taxidermy
Meat processing
Shipping your trophies and/or meat
5% GST on cost of hunt
License fees

Required Documents to Book a Hunt:
Client Information Sheet - you may complete this form online and print to mail with your deposit. Hunters with special needs or disabilities please be sure to complete this section on the form to let us know before you get into camp so we can make the necessary arrangements. (e.g.  special diet, mobility restrictions, etc..)

Entering Canada
Travel documents
You will need a passport to enter Canada. For more border crossing details visit www.bordercrossing.ca. It is your responsibility to make sure you will not be refused entry into Canada.

Firearms Declaration Form:
You will need a firearms declaration form to clear your rifle through customs. There is a $30 payment at the border to process this form. You can complete the online form or download it here: Non-Resident Firearm Declaration. Please fill out form in triplicate but do not sign until you are with a Canadian customs agent. Handguns are not allowed in Canada.

WIN (Wildlife Identification Number)
A WIN number is required to purchase hunting and sportfishing licences in Alberta. Click here to complete the online application. Be sure you give yourself enough time to receive your card before you arrive for your hunt.
